Being a first time home buyer, my wife and I had no idea about the processes behind purchasing a house. However, I really want to shine the light on our agent, Jorge!! Jorge always went the extra mile and by the end of the journey felt like family. He fought for what we wanted, knew what we didn't, and often fought on our behalf with the seller's agent until the late hours of the night to get the best deal for us! The process was seamless, quick, and despite knowing very little, we felt we had the right person representing us and having our backs through the entire process and after. And this was doubly confirmed when we walked in to our new kitchen and saw the lovely and incredibly thoughtful welcoming basket that Jorge put together for us! Absolutely the best agent’s out there from day one!! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable but they didn’t try to paint everything with roses colored glasses. I can’t say enough great things about them they honestly made it so simple and painless. It was as if i was family to them.
